Program Benefits
Black Leadership Social Capital Initiative (BLSCI) seeks to bring top black talent together to better understand how to acquire, navigate and succeed in an executive level leadership role of a nonprofit. Our model is a customized multi-session workshop with access to one-on-one mentoring with an existing black CEO/ED.
A better understanding of what leadership looks like as a black nonprofit executive level leader in this community.
Leveraging the opportunity to develop, build and strengthen their own social
capital networks.

Who is the Program For?
Mid-Level Managers with a Desire to Lead
Each class will be comprised of up-to 15 participants who desire to LEAD in a nonprofit organization. The program is specifically targeted to black leaders in an effort to promote social mobility and representation in nonprofits at the executive level. BLSCI participants should have at least 5 years of experience in the nonprofit sector.
