The Black Leadership Social Capital Initiative Program will help participants grow as leaders by better preparing them for current or future executive roles, foster a stronger personal sense of self-efficacy, and build a network of support as leaders navigate their nonprofit careers. Ultimately, the goal is to establish a viable pipeline of black leaders for Executive Director / President / CEO roles that will increase representation at the senior leadership level in the local nonprofit sector.
